This Thai dish is one of our family’s favorite. I usually prepare this dish a little hotter than my normal dish. You need not have to use the same amount of green curry paste that I mentioned in my recipe. Please feel free to reduce the amount according to your taste buds. I always like sandwiches filled with egg or chicken or tuna salad and white meat. A few weeks ago, I brought a loaf of cranberry bread and roasted turkey breast from a Gourmet Market and decided to make a special sandwich for lunch. It turned out great.
