California Club Sandwich

This is a very easy sandwich to make for parties, gatherings or family meals. All the ingredients are easy available in any supermarkets. No complicated way to fix up the sandwich. I make this sandwich at least twice a week. You should give this a try and your guests will love it. Enjoy!

 

 

Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, grilled

18 bacon strips, fried and drained well

12 slices whole wheat bread

2 medium ripe avocado, peeled, cored and sliced

2 medium tomato, sliced

1 small box fresh Alfalfa Sprouts

1/3 cup Dijon mustard/Honey Dijon/French mustard

2/3 cup organic mayonnaise/any mayonnaise of your choice

 

Method:

Place the Dijon mustard/French mustard and organic mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine well.

Lay the whole wheat bread slices on a working board, spread the each one side of the bread slices with mayonnaise mixture. Place a layer grilled chicken, bacons, tomato, Alfalfa Sprouts and avocado on a slice of whole wheat bread, leaving the other piece without. Top the other piece on top of the filled piece. Gently use your palm to press a little. You can cut it into two halves or as a whole sandwich.
