MAKES 11/2 CUPS
11/2 cups olive oil mayonnaise
3 teaspoons Sriracha Chili Sauce
In a mixing bowl, mix the ingredients and stir till evenly well. Add more chili sauce for more heat.
Heat frying pan and roast red chilies and curry leaves in oil for about 4 minutes. Mix with the grated coconut and salt. Use a food processor/pestle and mortar to grind the mixture into a fine paste. Store in a airtight container and refrigerate.
