This recipe is also a good dish to serve during the holiday season as an appetizer or snack. If you want a quick and easy dish to make, try this recipe. Also if you want a spicy snack, this will be the one.

6 fresh chorizo sausages from your neighborhood butchers

1½ sheets frozen puff pastry, partially thawed

3 teaspoons coconut milk/whole homo milk

2 small eggs, lightly beaten

1½ teaspoons white sesame seed

Honey Mustard/Salsa Verde

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chorizo sausages in the pan and pan-fry, turning constantly, for 8 minutes or until the chorizo are cooked through. Remove and set aside to cool down, then cut both ends off.

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. In a small dish with beaten egg and coconut milk/homo milk and beat until combine well. Set aside.

Place the partially thawed puff pastry on a flat surface (counter-top). Cut the one whole sheet puff pastry into 4 equal parts and then the half sheet into 2 equal parts

So the total you have will be 6 equal parts. Lay one chorizo on each sheet of puff pastry. Roll to seal. Transfer the rolled chorizo with the seal side down on the prepared baking sheet/tray. Brush the coconut milk/homo milk mixture on top of the chorizo rolls. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven to cool and then cut each roll into 3-4 pieces. Serve with Honey Mustard/Salsa Verde.
