This is one of my great find in the United States. It is also one of the key ingredient in most of the Malaysian/Singaporean/Perenakan Cuisine. Most of all, it make cooking hot and spicy dish as easy and quick in no time. It is made of red chilies, dried shrimps, shallots, sambal belacan and salt. It is available at any well-stocked grocery stores where they sell Southeast Asia Cuisine condiments. It goes well with meat and vegetables; and also fish and seafood too.
