This dish is very easy to make. I had posted Classic Hummus a few weeks ago and I got some compliments from my readers. My husband love this dish too. I was try to make something different, so I decided to put some herbs in my dish. I was glad that I did this dish as many of my friends also try to make this dish.

1½ cans chickpeas, drain

½ cup packed chopped parsley

2 clove garlic, peeled

½ cup tahini

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt to taste (optional)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Place all the ingredients in a food processor/blender and puree till smooth.

Season with salt (optional). Sprinkle some smoked paprika/sweet paprika.
