This seasoning is also often used in our household. I used it for many other cuisines too when I want a different taste.  My husband and son always prefer their fish and seafood with a spicy twist.

1½ teaspoons onion powder

3 teaspoons garlic powder

1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper

3 teaspoons smoked paprika

¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1½ teaspoons ground black pepper

2 teaspoons dried thyme

2 teaspoons dried oregano

3 teaspoons fine salt

Place all the above ingredients in a wide-mouth glass jar with cover and stir to combine until evenly blended. Store in a cool dark place and shake before use.
