As I did mention before that Spam is a more affordable meat for less fortunate family to eat meat especially in third world countries. Well, in the West, Spam is also eaten by the low middle income family but sometime the middle incomes do love the taste of the luncheon meat.

I love cooking them sometime and as an individual who enjoy cooking will always enjoy cooking with any type of canned meat. Frankly, I grew up with Spam as my family were in the lower income group in the third world country, Singapore before it becomes an rich and famous country now. No matter what I am today, I still enjoy this chopped meat. You can find other recipes for Spam which I truly enjoyed them.
