A week ago, I went to a Cambodian grocery store and found this can of tamarind juice. I have not used this kind before. I tried a couple of days ago and found that it is so user friendly. Once you tried it, you will love it. The taste of the tamarind juice is the same as from the dried tamarind pulps. I love the tamarind paste too as it is more concentrated, thick and sour. If you do not like your dishes to be too sour, it is better off to use the Fresh Tamarind (Concentrated) as the texture is more liquefied. It is very handy to have all the three in your pantry.
