This dish is my personal favorite and can be used for any celebrations. I love sweet potatoes more than just potatoes. It is very easy to prepare and you can have them in no time. This time I used graham crackers for the crumb and it made it taste like I am having a pie.

Surprisingly, my family and friends love it too. Well, this dish will be recorded into my recipe book. I would also like to share with all of you. Hope one of you will try it.

2 pounds sweet potatoes, boiled and remove the skins, then mashed

1/3 cup whole milk

1 cup raw sugar

1¼ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ stick unsalted butter, melted

¾ cup graham Cracker crumbs

½ cup dark brown sugar

1 tablespoon raw sugar/vanilla sugar

½ cup melted butter

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a oven-proof casserole with butter and set aside.

Place all the ingredients except topping ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. In another mixing bowl, add all the topping listed ingredients and blend it well.

Transfer the sweet potato mixture into the greased oven-proof casserole evenly. Pour the topping mixture on top of the sweet potato mixture evenly to cover all the surface of the sweet potato mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the crumbs turn lightly brown. Remove and serve warm.
